Nitro for sure.

I had a Trex700n that I wasn't flying that much anymore and I was faced with a choice, try to sell it and recoupe some funds or...spend more money on it and light it up. Naturally the choice was clear....spend more money!

Sorry for the phone quality vids but nitro smoke looks pretty good with the glow of the lights.

If your heli flies too far out and crashes, a nitro engine would still be blaring and you could hear it burning up your clutch liner as you are running out into the dark to find it...High Voltage just works better

Go with the nitro, run it rich and get heaps of smoke going.
I fly electric only but nitro with lights shining through the smoke is cool! If I could be bothered getting a nitro it'd be rigged up for night flying straight away
