The one with the single cockpit in front is the Sikorsky Shadow, which was used to develop experiment fly by wire one hand flight controls in the late '80s. A friend of mine was selected to do a few evaluation flights at that time.

The Aircraft is based on the S-76, obviously.

I can be wrong, but the "wide cord" one seems Photoshopped to me. My reasons:

1) The symmetrical blade shape seems unlikely for a full scale.
2) The white pixels around the guy's hand resting on the blade.
3) The sun seems to be hitting the heli and guy on the ground from the left front and the sun seems to be hitting the guy on top from the left rear.

Well you are wrong,as that is the size of the actual blades.Have you ever been on that model of helicopter,oh and by the way it is spelled "CHORD" That is the width of the blade

Today, Boeing have a pair of prototypes that are pioneering autonomous rotorcraft technology. One prototype has flown with no pilot on-board. They have also tested the AVMS flight control system on the same prototype. This provides tactile information to the pilot through a side-stick cyclic. A number of “auto-land” systems have been tested including one by Thales for shipboard operations.
