Futaba BLS452 for FBL
I read a lot about people using Futaba 451s for flybarless cyclic servos and they seem to rate pretty well.

What about BLS452s? Any reason why these shouldn't be used on a 90 size nitro fbl heli?

BLS452s
I've got six of them on two different helis. They appear to be the same as the 451s with the exception of the gear ratio. They are fast and powerful, but one failed about the tenth flight on an electric heli that was very smooth. The failure was not vibration related and Hobby Services eventually replaced it after first attempting an unsuccessful repair (and returning the non-functional servo to me stating it was "repaired". As it stands right now, I'm planning to move them out to a plank and use some Align 610s instead. Maybe my experience was unique, but I'm not that impressed with the servos or Hobby Services service. They did replace it, but I'm still out the cost of repairing a badly damaged heli and shipping twice. steve.
