Hi
I run 8717 together with the CGy (in my Fury 55)
I run them on 2S Life (and Lipo)
You have to slow down the datastream, by incresing the headresponse (for ele and ail, in the expert menu)

Choose Headresponse so that you use <500Mha per flight
Headresponse 1 is fast, 5 is slower.
Understand Headresponse as datastream to the servo, if the data comes too fast, they will get hot.
If you choose a too high (ex 5) Headresponse, the heli get inconsistence.

Expect ele to be faster (ex 2 in headresp.) and ail to be the same or lower (ex.3)

But i think you could run the MKS bls on headresp. 1-2
