Are there any gears from another brand that will fit?

I'm running the stock gears (the updated ones that are now in each kit), with OS 105 and matching pipe.
The gear mesh is spot on (you have to take some time to adjust correctly) and they run really quiet.

I've been hammering this model for several months now, and have only had to put fuel in it and give it the occasional clean. It has been great.

Why are you wanting to change? Have you tried the new gears?

Chris.

The MA Whiplash uses a 124 tooth Mod 1 CNC delrin main gear that may work, but I'm not sure if the hub will fit. The latest mains that I purchased have worked without issue.

Thanks,I have 2 gallons on the stock gear and all seems well.

Spent some time with the mesh, wich I have learned is critical in main gear life with this thing.
