I just upgraded a trex 600n, (not super pro) which was a belt driven tail to a torque tube with the upgade assembly. However after in stalling it looks like the front gear box is more narrow than the belt driven box. The frame is kind of warped in now post install. I know there is a v1 and v2 but not sure how to tell and if that is the difference. Anyone know what the issue is?

How much more narrow is it?

If it is from the original E model it will have the same design but the box (and any other between frame parts) will be more narrow. TT, boom, tailcase assy are the same.

The gearbox at the back mount screw is 46mm on the TT and 54mm" on the belt gearbox.

That part number is the conversion for the 600E.
You need a Nitro front gear box and you will be fine

Agh, didn't realize the TT would mount into the original (belt) gearbox, thanks.

That too.
Forgot about that.
The torque tube front housing mounts inside the original housing
