Well I ordered some parts a couple of weeks ago they sent the wrong parts and I called and they said send the other back and we will send you a refund. So I had to order from someone else and wait on a credit. Not that big of a deal then last week they shipped a item on the 23rd I paid priority mail and as of today still nothing I contacted them about the issue and I put in a calim with USPS they put a trace on it and it cant be found. Now you would had thought by now the would had offer to resend it since it was a 10.00 part and that 10.00 part is keeping me from flying . Nope they are saying wait till next week and if you dont get something they will resend it. So I say to them just send me a refund and Nope WRONG AGAIN!! I had this happend with another online retailer and they shipped me a new package with 6 days the tracking wasnt showing nothing. Then I get a email from Brett that first class mail is not considered lost until 10 days well It was sent priority I paid for Priority and its shows on the tracking. which is here https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConf...200881380308674

I guess good service is hard to come by theses days. Guess thats why I dont use them much anymore.

ReadyHeli is a great organization. It's too bad you had a little trouble - but let's put it in perspective. It's not the end of the world, you just got the wrong part. Relax, things will look up soon, I'm sure.

I've had lost packages from USPS show up a whole month after their expected delivery date! Best of luck to you man! It'll all work out soon!

In this instance, you are 100% correct, and the situation handled as such should not have taken place whatsoever.

Brett, whom has worked with our company for 3 weeks was provided incorrect information about the situation. For that, i apologize greatly.

The order has been refunded 100% as of right now. If it arrives, please keep it or give it to someone whom can use it.

Please accept our apology for the confusion in this lost package procedure, the employees have been spoken to, to assure this situation does not arise to any customers in the future.
