Just got my New Multi N5c/E6/7 Swash Leveling Tool from Ralph. Impressed with how easy it is to use as well as how precise my Set-up is. Is anyone else using these yet??

Will be getting mine hopefully tomorrow. 3 of us at local club ordered them. It's really nice to have this tool for Synergy helis.

Life is meaningful flying helis.

Just looked at the picture of it. What do the holes in it do? Are they for setting the height of the swash at mid stick?

Swashplate tool with integrated driver alignment

The unit is supplied with a machined pin to set the the driver for E or N Series.

An example of how to use the tool

• Slide the tool on shaft and until it rests on the swashplate
• Adjust until the 4 pads of the tool touch each point and being perfectly flat on each surface.
3 at 120 plus the top inner ring
• Remove the swashplate tool and add the driver.
• Reinstall the swashplate tool and install the machine pin in the E or N location based upon the model type
• Move the driver up into the machined pocket.
• While holding the driver push the swashplate down to expose the 3 MM bolt and secure.
• Remove pin and tool.
• The swashplate phasing is set at 90 degrees to the head block. We now have perfect mechanical phasing.

I hope this help.

Having seen these in person, I can say they are nice. The swash driver alignment tool is bonus. Originally I didn't think I needed one as I already have a swash leveler. Turns out my swash leveler was not quite manly enough for the Synergy swashplate.

You're a crafty fellow Ralph, nice work.

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

Thank you for the nice comments. It was a collaboration between myself and the machine shop team.

(They also fly helicopters and are very creative)

Makes setup a breeze. Great machine work. And a good price to boot.
