Admired but never owned a Duke,the 916 series always sounded like a metal grinder at tickover

Yeah that muffler just doesn't look right on there. The rest of the bike is sweet!

Love to own one, but I hear you need to be on a first name basis with your Ducati mechanic if you really ride it.

Yeah, they are way better than the past. You used to have to bring it in for adjustments every 7000 miles. Besides oil changes, my first real service interval is 24000 miles.
