Thank you. The weird thing is that there are no hook up instructions in the package or online. Then I been reading about how many are bad, so that's not funny.Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face - Mike Tyson

It's working, haven't heard the alarm yet, but it looks like the cells are unbalanced. This is probably the battery I screwed up, before getting the battery monitor and low voltage alarm. It is pretty stupid to not be using one, and it's a shame to have screwed up such a good battery. hobby king has a very nice looking alarm, and it is cheap. But, back order will probably be filled somewhere out in the future, like 2030.

That's what I've read. .5 error still better than no alarm.
I'll check the voltages and post the results.

I think the error stated is +- .05 and not the .5 posted earlier.

Stats.
Charger Eco 8 hobby king cheapo. Maybe error here too.

Charger Voltages after battery charged and charger shuts off, battery full.
Total v 12.60v
Cell 1 4.19v
Cell 2 4.19v
Cell 3 4.20v

Tenergy Voltage monitor
Total v 12.30v
Cell 1 4.10v
Cell 2 4.13v
Cell 3 4.13v

Total v : 12.60v - 12.30v = .30 v difference
Cell 1v : 4.19v - 4.10v = .09 v difference
Cell 2v : 4.19v - 4.13v = .06 v difference
Cell 3v : 4.20v - 4.13v = .07 v difference

Do you have a good multimeter or voltmeter to check it out?

I have an inexpensive Vebron multimeter. It
is showing different voltages as well.
So maybe
I will see if my neighbor has a Fluke that I can try.
My multimeter doesn't have a load test function either, so
it's pretty much useless.

I would be more concerned with voltage differences between cells than the reading from different meters.

Anything over .05V difference between cells should be balanced out.

Let battery stand for at least 5 minute rest after charging THEN take a reading where you should see an average of 4.15V per cell.

Sure cell balance is important. I've compromised one of the Rex batteries and one of the lipos I was using in the tx.
So, that's why I'll be using the monitors from now on.
