Have you checked to see if you need to size the links to the tail blade grips?

First, I'm assuming your TR linkage is straight and free, ball links have been sized (easy to twist back and forth) and the linkage slides easy when not connected to the servo.

Do you have the metal gears? If so, make sure the gears are properly aligned so that the outer edge (45 degree angle) of the bevel gears are level with one another.

Also, if you have the bevel tail gears set a little too tight, that can cause vibration and tail twitching. You should not be able feel any grinding on the front or rear bevel gear housings when spinning the main blades.

And, a governor gain set too high will also cause some tail twitching.

BTW, which ESC are you running and what is your gov gain set on?
