cyclic to throttle mixing
can you run a cyclic to throttle mix on the mcpx or does it screw up the programming or not do anything?

It wouldn't do anything if you are running 100% throttle curve already.Team Synergy / Rail Blades / Morgan Fuel

Yes, it works great! Gets the last little bit of power out of the brushed motor.

"you must not be running 100% throttle for your curve?"

Nope, only at full negative and full positive. Flat throttle curves are, IMHO, very inefficient.

Seems to work:

I run 100-90-100 on the throttle curve, with "Expo" turned on on the 11X. This isn't really expo, but it smooths the curve from a sharp "V" to a gentle "U".

20% cyclic to throttle mixing on Aileron and Elevator, also.

While this helps the MCP X a little, it helps larger machines a great deal more if one does not have a governor.

I am curious - what Spektrum radio do you have and why does it have to be set up as acro?

Why have it setup as Acro and limit your options? I use a DX6i and setup in Heli.

I like RAK402 setup.
If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.
