yangoooo: This is an Eagle 2 98 EX with a Freya EX or WC type canopy (FG). Very nice flying helicopter. How can I be sure??? I own one! Only difference from mine is the canopy. I have the original Eagle 2 98 canopy (FG). Any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks!

I'm with Blue Angel; this is the last of the Eagle 2 EX's with Freya EX canopy and non-EX Paddles. The '95 Eagles had slightly different frames. Cool heli - check my Gallery.

Hello F3CWBN: Just looked in your gallery. You have some sweet looking birds. Can't wait to see that Eagle 3 WC when it's complete. Good luck with it.

Thanks Blue Angel; I have not touched the Eagle3 for about 6 months now, but I must finish my '91EX and then I will be back into the E3 - I have been distracted by Gliders lately

Thanks sir,

I am surprised this beauty had long sleep in Nanjing of China. Is that yours and you are with NJ? I would visit NJ during the end of the month.

I picked up this same heli over the winter from a customer of mine, He's had it for at least 10 years and has never flown it. In fact, it looks brand new. There is no residue in the pipe and no evidence of ever having fuel in it. I only fly electrics as of now and am really kind of new to the hobby. I plan on making this a project of mine, to disassemble it and rebuild it to make sure all is right. I'm currently looking for someone in the area to help me out with this, since I know nothing about Nitro engines.I'm sure I'll be here many times with questions for all of you "experts"....looking forward to talking with you guys.

OOOp Yang... I went Nanjing yesterday but no time to go visit this bird.

Maybe next time, I would go for another meeting so would spare some time to take a look of it.
