i had a link i need to access once and a while but my IE wouldn't even recognise it when i copied and pasted the link from my email.

so i thought that why not download firefox and try the link in that.

it frackin works.

now, do i set up firefox as my browser?

Uninstall the pos before it messes up your machine, if you need a better browser go with Google chrome.

I have had to remove it from quite a few of my customers machines. It causes random lockups when mated with certain other programs. Some people don't have any problems, but some do.

As an IT guy, I choose to use Google Chrome. Earlier versions of Firefox were great but they have become memory intensive and less stable than some of the competition.

i have been getting warnings from AVG that Firefox was using too much memory and I should restart it (nearly 400megs)

After reading the start of this thread I decided to install Chrome and give it a try

Firefox is now gone!!!

Yes the later versions are very memory intensive but still a secure and speedy browser. I agree also that Chrome is the fastest browser currently out there.
