Can you guys give me a quick down and dirty on the two in the air? I love my E7, and won't be parting with it, but am drawn to the TDR for obvious reasons. I'm trying to decide if I should sell my sole for one as I just built an Xxtreme. I'll have to part with my Atom 500 which is my third and smallest bird, which I really enjoy. Thanks in advance. Jake

Send a pm to RobMcQuillen. He has owned both the e7 and TDR. Should be able to help answer your questions

I have an E7 and TDR. Both are desirable to own. Both fly great and have great support. The TDR will blow the E7 away

Life is meaningful flying helis.

Well it looks like I'll have a TDR coming my way soon, so I should be able to answer my own Q. Thanks again.

WOW! Absolutely amazing! I wish I never waited this long, I could have saved a ton. This Heli is everything I was looking for, mind you I have only flown it once in my backyard. I just need to fine tune the V-bar. I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but I feel like the first time I flew a Logo 600SE, but times 10! Now my fleet consists of the Xx, TDR, and E7. I do need to find a smaller backyard flyer. I'll probably wait to see the new E5 coming out. WOW!

I have a fleet limit on myself of 3-4 helis at a time. Right now I need a nice small backyard flyer, but I'm in no rush. I do want to keep my eye on the Diabolo and Banshee though.

Have you watched videos of the Banshee? As the name might depict, it is a screamer. No really, it is loud.

In two days I'm going to take my TDR out to play with Jarrett Tubb who's visiting the valley this week. I seen his E7 at the event this last weekend so we're gonna go rock out our birds at a local hotspot. We both have the Xera 4530 so it's going to be an interesting day.

Can't go wrong either way in my book.

Nice video, I have the same motor and HW esc in my E7. I also have the Xera in my TDR too. The motor rocks.....I just sent Jan the infamous email.....put my name on the list, yup, just can't stop thinking about another TDR....Not sure yet of how I will equip it and how it will be set up...Maybe thinking of swinging some 800's, or maybe not...got some time to think about it.....

Vid you posted is a TDR with Torque Tube as it is stock yes. The one above that the guy says is a "E9" which is actually a E7 who knows what they got, hard to say..

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...
