I don't have them infront of me to measure but. Handled a few of each. they mount differently. The M/A gear mounts from underneath
the gear support. Where the Synergy gear mounts ontop of the gear support. If i remember right the Synergy gear is moulded/cut out
on the bottom so it sits ontop of the support, so unless you machined out the bottom of the M/A gear it might sit too high on the shaft to line up properly..

Sorry it's all just speculation till someone gets one to try to fit up. Not saying it won't work, just that i know they mount differently.

There was a cat on here who had a metal crown gear made at a local machine shop. Lemme look to see if i can find the post.

Try Hobby Hangar in Chantilly, VA. They have a boat load of N9 parts still in stock. So does GrandRC in CA, and either MTA Hobbies and maybe Pegasus Hobbies both in SoCal.

They sold for $45, so you need to sell about 66 or more to break even.

yea thats just for the prototypes. i have to test them. last i seen they were 27 bucks but now im sure i could get more if i had to. im really going to try to keep the price down but im going to have to look else where for the cnc. my shop cannot handle this kind of part. im not sure why but he looking at the cad and said nope.
