I just picked up a Min Air 1005 gasser, I dont know much about these so maybe someone can educate me. This one has the XL PRO metal head on it, I assume this is an upgrade because I am seeing other for sale out there that dont have it. It also came with a new Precision Metal Components billet aluminum head. Any Idea what it all is worth? Servos are nothing special... some 9202's, 501 piezo gyro and a Super 7 radio. main concern is the heli and 2 heads.

about as much as what someone who wants it is willing to pay for it. reselling used helis is not very profitable if thats what your thinking...the radio and gyro i would guess are borderline worthless now.

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

Im actually gonna keep it for a weekend flyer. I dont care that its dated. Its still a good machine and I'll be laughing at everyone else while Im flying and they are refueling at $30/gallon HA! Its also the perfect setup for a scale build.

I cant tell ya what I paid, I feel kinda guilty. Its got the PRO 2 head, the Precision head, koll/xcell balancer, a bunch of other setup tools, 3 new sets of glass blades, a box of NIP spare parts, polished side exhaust, I think its a Weston? I think I want to upgrade to the rear exhaust, I think they look killer. I see what people are asking for these and they and no one is biting on them so IDK..... maybe I got a GOOD DEAL?

What did the PRO head and the PRECISION head sell for new?

BAAAAAAAHHHAHAHAHAHAHAH I thought about that after I posted. It looks like a brushless motor? so right away I went ahead and ASSUMED. But then I thought about an earlier thread and someone mentioned an onboard generator.
