I recently moved to Bear Valley Springs and was really excited about the RC field they have since it listed nitro and electric models however I found out today they only do electric. Yuck. So I need to find somewhere nearby to fly a nitro heli.

Anyone know of another club in Tehachapi that does Nitro or if not a club a place where some nitro heli owners might fly frequently ?

Thanks

WOW
You mean the one out by the lake is now electric only. Seems like since most properties are 1 acre minimum you could fly where you want.

There used to be a big open field once you came in the gate and took a left on Cumberland (over the hill). As soon as you got to the bottom there was a very large area on the right.

Actually, it might be gone by now but several years ago I put one in the lake there (gasser) and even with divers and a small row boat could not find it.
