#3? You can only download v2 at curtisyoungblood.com

Try downloading it and reinstall see if that helps.

#3 is my third TotalG. I bought 4 of them. I uninstalled the TG interface and downloaded v2 again. Rebooted the computer and I single click the red disconnect icon and I get a bad COMM bubble.

TG #1 works great. TG #2 gave me fits but it works great. It does drift a little, but I spool up and level it and lift off. Flys awesome. #3 is in a Rave 3D and the FC cyclic part works great, but the T/R and GOV half seems dead.

Can you get into the tail side? If so make sure you have the right servo selected.

No. That's the problem. I have it plugged in the Tail/Gov side. Click the icon and I get a COMM error. I have only the COMM 4 option. If I use another USB port I get the same error bubble. I can't even update firmware or set up the Tail side.

Would going to the TotalG Repair in the Start Menu Programs reload it or fix it?

One question. Are you using the same interface cable each time?

Yes. I read something about using the same dongle each time. I talked to Brian and he said I'm locked out. Go to Start Menu, click Programs with the interface closed, click Total G, of the 3 links, click Repair Total G.

I have also used the Repair feature in the Total G for situations like this. It works very well.

Yeah I didn't know it existed until I looked at the Radix videos and Brian mentioned it. Then it clicked.

Repair doesn't work. This is my 4th and last TotalG. The 1st-3rd all connect and work great though each had their own issues to set them up at first. I'm going to try Gview2 and see if that works.

Gview2 doesn't work. All its does is light up the screen and won't enter. I UNINSTALLED and REINSTALLED TotalG twice on two different computer and I cannot connect the TotalG to the Tail and GOV side.

When I tried TotalG Repair, a window opens asking for a number which won't let me insert. There's a big blue START button that when I click seems to start up and tells me to power cycle then click ok. It asks twice then opens a new window and says to contact Tech Support.

I did inititally use an external receiver and did the power cycle thing as instructed. I later decided to use Spektrum satellites and it programed the FC side with no problems. It also says Spektrum in the little button in the General Settings.

Would switching back to External and then back to Spektrum might boot it?

Thanks atvracer,
I was afraid of that. Which CYE Help board? I'll call Brian Monday and get an RMA.
