I've had my Vita for a little more than 2 weeks now. I bought it used here on RR for a price that was too good to pass up.
I have 6 games for it now --
Uncharted- good, but not as good as the PS3 Uncharted games
Wipeout- currently the best racing game for the Vita.
Gravity Rush - Worth purchasing a Vita just to play this game. A+
Hot Shots Golf - Lots of fun to play. Bought it on-sale.
Touch my Katamari - amusing to play once, but gets old too quickly.
Escape Plan -- $15 from the PSN store. I HIGHLY recommend this title.
I had a few others, but traded them in already--
Marvel vs Capcom - a very good game, but fighting games are not my thing.
MLB 12: the Show -- I have MLB 12 for PS3, and thought I'd get some enjoyment of playing my RTTS or Franchise 'on the go' but I was wrong. I'll just keep playing on PS3.
Mod Nation Racers-- Just horrible. Played for 20 minutes and had enough.
Katamari will be traded in soon, but not many other games out there at the moment.
My original concerns have been confirmed---
It makes no sense to own 2 handhelds. I have a 3DS, and since getting the Vita, the 3DS has received no love. I like the Vita too much. The Vita is a very, very nice machine. Vita is proof that droid and iOS devices won't fully replace handheld gaming. At least not yet.
But then again, the Vita isn't ready to replace droid and iOS devices either.
There is a handheld device for everything and everyone. My biggest problem is I only have so many pockets.

Got that too. One of my favorite games so far. It is similar to the old RC Pro-Am of the NES days.
