Swash interaction
Okay, I have a question regarding interaction of the swash, when I first setup the heli, the swash moved perfectly level up and down. Now after I went thru the setup with the 3G system, when I give it up collective, I get a slight fwd elev movement. I cannot seem to get rid of it. Anybody have an idea on how to get rid of this? Or should I even worry about about it. I have hovered the heli and seriously, it does not seem to make that much difference in the movement of the heli in the air, but I know the interaction is there and is gonna bug the hell out of me until I figure it out...

What you see on the ground with the heli sitting still does not reflect what will be actually going on in the air.

Just as your HH gyro and tail rotor control seem weird when the heli is sitting on the ground, the FBL stuff will act in the same manner with the cyclic controls.

The gyros need to see movement for them to do their thing.

You see the "interaction" on the ground, but as you stated in your post, you don't experience it while in the air.

Had the same issue several years ago when setting up some of my first vbar helis. Unbeknownst to me, vbar adds a small amount of forward elevator at full collective (and opposite at full negative) to prevent pitching up or "porpoising" which used to be an issue with fbl systems. It is possible that what you see is an artifact of this type of programming. You wouldn't see that in the current vbar setup however, because it has been hidden since 4.0 came out. Still there, you just don't see it during setup.
