I'll be honest with you, E-Sky has been low on the scale when it comes to quality in electronics...The Belt CP when it came out was So so, but it was seriously lacking overall.

I would not limit myself to FP (fixed pitch) to start as you will more than likely outgrow it if your had/eye coordination is good. I would go with somthing like the Blade MCPX, they are relatively cheap and very crash durable and deal with outside conditions much better than other FP helis. Plus they allow you to learn more than you can with just a FP heli and have good internet and most LHS support as most of them nowadays carry E-flight stuff.

Others will have other ideas, but I have had E-Sky before, and they are not supported much anymore by good "hobby grade" heli suppliers in the states it seems.
showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

If you want a good fixed pitch "heli" get an Eflite mQX - it is an order of magnitude better than any other fixed pitch type aircraft I've ever flown. It's also very durable. I hit the street from a 20' drop and didn't really hurt it.

JS is right. To learn orientation and to see if you like the whole experience of RC Helis, get the Eflite mQX
