Pledge and lipos
First just wanted share something i've been doing with my heli's

I use Pledge multi-surface polish on lots of stuff, stainless steel fridge, leather couches, dusting, etc.

http://www.pledge.com/en-US/Pages/default.aspx

Great stuff. Thought, why not on my heli? I "pledged" the canopy, most carbon fiber parts, aluminum parts, blades and boom of my TDR and logo 600, and it looks fantastic! Has a shine too it that makes it really stand out, and the blades canopy seem to stay cleaner as its almost like there is a very small layer of wax or something the pledge leaves. And when the blades get bug splattered, it wipes off easier. It especially made the normally dull looking boom nice and shiny!

You never know, nice and shined up, maybe you TDR speedsters will gain a few miles per hour.

Also, does anyone know if gens ace 6s 5300 packs fit in the TDR? I'd like to try some heavier packs (currently using 12s 4000) and i'm a big gens ace fan. Mostly I do smooth 3D and easy speed runs on my TDR (pyro and jive 80)

Thanks and enjoy your "pledging", makes the heli look soooooo nice!

Just a side note, make sure not to get "Simple Green" on any metal parts, I used to clean my blades with it just because I had it but it ended eating into the finish on my blade grips on my TDR. It took me forever to polish them back from that!

I now use Pledge as well for almost everything!

yup, simple green is murder on aluminum and most steels. Oxidizes very quickly. Made the same mistake myself one time, sadly on something much more expensive than a heli.....***Logo 600 vbar***Henseleit TDR vbar***
