I think he leans more to the left. They wanted him to run for pres and he said no. He's not conservative enough to run as a Rep. But I did like the guy.

what I was saying esco, is that a black candidate rarely loses. Why??? Because when minorities run (especially blacks), they get 100% of the "brown vote". Simply because they're brown. It's how you people roll. But, that's how you end up with people like Obama, Waters, Rangle, JJ III, Marion Barry and every mayor of Detroit since BC....

So what is the logical conclusion here?

That both the black & hispanic votes are monolithic?

That is, pretty much the same?

Actually, they are quite different in many ways, yet similar.

Minorities vote democrat for very similar reasons. They are less educated as a general rule and are easily duped into thinking the democrats look after them better.

In reality, its just the opposite. The left's nanny state mentality only looks after the elites in power. The Jesse Jackson's, Al Sharpton's, and Maxine Waters types enhance their own riches by making sure they have a voting public then is down in the dumps and on a guberment paycheck. Make no mistake about it, those people are not interested in the poor getting less poor. They are in their element now with well over 46 million Americans on food stamps. The numbers of poor are increasing in the last 10 years, and especially in the last three years with nothing, not one single thing being done about it.

hispanics have been known to cross party lines to vote for a conservative latino (especially Cubans - think Rubio), but blacks almost never do so. It's ingrained in them from birth.
We could've put an all-black ticket out this year (Caine/West) and 98% of blacks would still have voted for Obama. It's just the way it is.

That, in part is true.

But, the numbers are slowly shifting.

The Obummer and his pals policies are not doing anyone any good.

I will say, lately I've been seeing more blacks speaking out against Obama and it's not just the edumicated types. Actually it's more the guy on the street working a real job that's not too happy with him right now. Maybe we'll have some brown repelican voters this year...

Exactly. Food and energy prices are rising. Especially gas. Those increases hit home hard. And, there is more to come. Much, much more if the Obummer gets a 2nd term.

Who are they hardest on?

The low income, of course.

The largest percentage of low income is minorities with the lowest being blacks.

The Obummer and his pals are not helping them. They are setting them further back with no end in sight.

Read "Blacklash" by Deneen Borelli.

This lady breaks down in simple terms what the Obummer and his pals are doing to the US economy for the sake of profit in the "Green" sector.

Take Greece for example. They went big time on the "Green" sh#t over there. That program ended up creating 2 jobs in the "Green" sector while loosing 3 jobs in the private sector as a direct result of regulation. Regulation to the point of regulating known and usable resources (primarily oil) to the point of extreme high cost, forcing energy consumption to be purchased from the "Green" sector. Those so called "Green" jobs became hugely expensive to the tax payer over there. Some to the tune of millions upon millions in cost for each "Green" job created. Its breaking their economy and forcing that entire country into bankruptcy and potential disappearing of the entire country and its culture. And being bailout to the tune of hundreds upon hundreds of billions of Euro dollars at the expense of other Euro countries, placing them at risk as well.

The exact same thing is planned for the USA under the Obummer and his pals in the "Green" sector at great, great profit to just a few at the great, great expense of many. Make no mistake about it, its going to get worse.

Liberty once lost, is lost forever.

Bush was very stupid and reckles person i am not saying this out of hate
he was a very inconsederate president. All that clinton had left for him
to over see, he dismantle everything in a careless way, pleasing his party rather than the american people. the tax hike that brought us success he dismantle that as well and such bring on the greatest trouble
the country have not seen in a longtime since his father.

ummm, we set a record for gdp growth and jobless rate for 4-1/2 years under him. Personally, those years under him, were the most prosperous of my life. His mistake was getting us into 2 stupid wars. That one I'll give you.
Nobody has been more careless than Obama. Not even close. He makes Carter look like a brilliant man.
