No it's the 10 thousands Gigawatts that power my time machine that bother me.
Can I borrow the time machine the next time I crash?

I saw that earlier today, thought about it for a few seconds, but decided I don't know what I might want by the time I'm ready for something like that.
I must admit I'm pretty interested in that TDR, just to be different. I've been researching them a little...

You know I am happy with the helicopters I have. Was before I got the Goblin, But I love to build. So anyone that needs a kit put together I am cheap. (only new!!) I hate fixing others mistakes and me looking like a monster because I will point them out!) I can't afford any new copters myself. I am really in the dog house already!

Have fun while it last!

Micah: I can relate... About the dog house...
Don: I am guessing 700, but wonder why you did not mention 770
Weather got really ugly around 3pm which discouraged me from going to the field... I ended up flying through 4 battery packs just before dusk at my local park. I hope that I can make it to the field tomorrow afternoon.

Hey Oppie,
That B-17 just flew directly over my house at no more than 2,500'. You were right about the sound of those 4 Radial engines.

I found out it is flying out of the Lee's Summit airport this weekend, you can book a flight on it for about $400.

Doesn't look like I'll make to the field this weekend. Just as well. My charger power supply blew so the only way I have to charge is from my car battery. I've been flying my mCPx and am getting better at circuits. It's really challenging, even in a small breeze.

I bought myself a mQX yesterday for father's day. Just flew it outside for the first time and it's a lot of fun. It's easier to control than the mCPx in a breeze, though it tends to lift higher in the wind. It's kinda hard to get it to come back down since lowering the throttle makes it pretty wobbly.

Can't wait to fly it at the field.

Ken

A successful flight is nothing more than a series of failed crashes.

B-17
Yup, there's nothing like the sound of 4 round motors chugging along at 1800 RPM other than 4 round motors roaring along at 2400 RPM on take-off. It flew over my house twice. Pretty exciting, even if it is just an old airplane like my neighbor says.

Saturday flying
I only got to fly once before getting rained out. Rained so hard that traffic on the interstate was only 35 MPH and that was fast enough. Hope the guys that stayed to wait it out didn't get soaked.

Great Sunday afternoon at the field... Good to see good friends and have a great time

Congrats Ken on your mQX. I used to have one of these, and you will learn a lot with it about orientation, etc. that is applicable to the single rotor collective pitch helis...

I wish you all a good week.
