I go to Hobby Haven and buy carbon tube to replace my boom supports, and tail control rods...unless you need new ends as well.
Five minutes work and you can have them any length you want.

No you can't buy just the one plastic end. I doubt that any heli manufacture would sell just one end.

You guys see that HeliProz is going out of business? Maybe this was talked about previously and I just missed it...

50% off sale right now, but I don't know what all they have left.

Talked about in "main discussion", but not here.

Since Micah dumped them it's been all downhill.

Sorry to post such a disturbing photo, but I just wanted to get you fellow club members thinking about safe flying this comming season. Just about all of our club members are safe flyers, but lets not forget about electrical, and mechanical failures. I know they are rare but they do happen and can cause serious injuries and even death!
As your 2015 safety officer I would like to suggest that any and all hard core 3-D flying be kept to the far east side of the landing pad. I like to watch this type of flying as much as anyone but I don't like to feal as though I should have to stand inside the shelter house for protection to watch it. Moving the flying out a few more feet away from the pits is not going to make it more dificult to see, but it will provide a safety cushion should something go wrong.
I am not trying to step on anyones toes or piss off anyone, but just look at the photo, do you want to this to happen to you or one of your club members? All of the I AM SORRY'S in the world will not be enough. With that said let's all have a great and safe 2015.

That's funny right there! (Larry the cable guy!)

Chaos, was that a photographer? I just remember hearing about a photographer who got injured really bad.

Have fun while it last!

Rather graphic, but I think it's a good idea to remind everyone what can happen...

As you said, it is not necessarily pilot error...it can happen no matter how good you are.
