Yes it is being put into a temporary space until it's building is built. If your in the area it's the building going up with the f-ed up windows. The temp building is behind the fresh market and REI.http://www.visitprairiefire.com/

It looks like it's going to be a good weekend of flying lower 70s and calm winds.

Just got back from Colorado and yes we did run into rock slides that shut down I70 on the way out but no problems from there as I was west of all the flooding. Saw several Helicopters that were flying every day bringing materials up the mountains to the ski lodges where there was no road access, these were the heavy lifting type helis they do this during the summer before the ski season.
Good to hear the club had a presence at the Jeff City fun fly.

I just finished reading "the last chapter of whats the use/ or how to fly Helicopters"

I will try and fly for you lol! I got my new tail servo installed on my 450 a DS525M and it seems night and day on the bench. The old servo had become magnetized. Also thanks to Dennis found out that Logo 500 canopies don't fit the Logo CF frames. So now I am out to find another 600 canopy.

Never mind about the Canopy. Some from the Logo forums informed me that I had to change the location of the mounting screws.

Just before I went to Colorado I sent my DX8 into Horizon to have my roller switch and two of my slide switches, elevator and aileron, replaced that haven't been working for a year. I hope to get it back next week. So I am going to be missing some good flying weather but I just had to get it done and being out of town was the best time. The roller would only work maybe one out of three attempts and it was getting intolerable especially in cold weather. So I finally decided it was time.

Don't know if it will work for you, but you can use my DX6 as long as you like! It only runs my 130x that is down for a long time. You never know when yours will come back and I don't care if you put a bunch of programs on mine. It always sucks when the urge to fly comes in and you can't. All my helis are on my Futaba.

Nabor was gone so I took off in his driveway lol! I couldn't get the 450 to give the wave of death, but it still couldn't keep up with the pitch pumps. I was able to raise the gain back up to futaba 39% that is like 78% on a spektrum or beast g +3.

Micah, thanks I still have a DX7 that if my radio isn't back by Monday I use. The weather next week looks great! I had to do Plaza Art Fair Saturday and a car show on Sunday.

Great day flying
It was a great day of flying at the field. The line to fly was long but we kept it moving. Seemed like everyone had a great day. We've got so many guys who just keep getting better each week. Its really cool to see them progressing so quick.
Dave put his new Logo up and really loves it.
