First a big thanks to my buddy buzzcut44 for taking care of the programming/cutting cnc work and all his time doing this for me... it would have looked like crap if i had tried to hand cut it with the dremel...

I finished installing last night it works perfectly...

I just need to trim the bolts

3,2,1,...+1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14...

bought the pem nuts from chp...
And yes I liked the look of the chp trex slide in tray....

That is where the idea came from but he hasn't came out with one yet.... And, I'm impatient!! (Want it now)

So, I drew one up and cut it out on light ply...
Attempted to hand cut with a dremel = Sloppy....

So my buddy cut it out for me with cnc

Btw... he saved the plans

And I have more carbon:-) :-) :-)

Show the tabs on the tray that lock into the slots that have been cut into the frame as seen in the next to last pic...

The tray has to be squeezed together to disengage the tabs while pulling it out or it isn't moving

I agree a sliding battery tray would just add to the conscience factor.

When in doubt, hold on to your altitude. No-one has ever collided with the sky.
