The DS95's, they are very fragile. Try the Savox instead (257's), they are more reliable at 6V than the ds410's, the 5065MG are very good servos, real world fast at 6V, just as fast as DS95's, works excellent with FBL systems as well. Savox's are a little faster at 6V. After many crashes the 5065's stay very tight. DS410 are the same spec as Savox's, they are almost the same.

I've been flying Savox servos for several years now and have not once broke anything on the servos. All the I need to replace after a good crash is the servo horn. The splines strip out.

Last year I bought a set of MKS DS950 HV servos for my Compass 3D+ (a bit over kill, however, they are reserved for the 7HV). I also bought a set of mini MKS servos for my Protos 500. I have over 80 flights total on both heli's and haven't crashed either. So I can't comment yet on how they hold up.

I've heard they hold up faily well. But that can open all types of interpretations.

Just crashed my ds95s. Servo horns broke and no gear damage. Crash was on a 450 pro.

I have a 4 ds95's on my 450 pro(yes cyclic and tail) and a 95i on a 250 tail. Both the 95 and 95i servos have been through quite a few crashes and other than some dents in the case, nothing is wrong with either one. They are both very fast as well as plenty strong for my helis. I really do like MKS and other than price, have nothing but good things to say about them. I haven't looked lately but I got mine when they were new and paid out the butt for them. Overall though I do really like them.

These are only my thoughts, I spent my last two cents on parts!

I bought the MKS ds95's for cyclic. I crashed them four times and sheared off the main gear 3 times, I used the same align 3G blades twice, and I still have the blades, ready to mount and fly again. Bought the gears 3 times, that's $20 to get them to my door each time=$60. Those are the only time I EVER broke gears in any servo no matter how hard I crashed. I figure I was victim of a bad batch of gears. I still could be wrong but judging by there design of the main gear, it seems it was designed to sheer off.
Whenever I start spending money like that on a 450, I usually step back and take a look at what am I doing wrong.
