Can anyone tell me how many turns out from fully closed would be a good starting point for the mixture screw? I'm having starting/run issues with the engine and need to start from scratch. It's difficult to start and once started, will accelerate past a hi idle before quitting.
Help is needed and appreciated!

I think I'm at 2 turns out on the high needle. I started at 2.5 turns. If it stars then goes high it sounds like the low end needle needs to be let out just a tad.
