Anyone stripped the plastic thread of the Phasing Control Track, which has the Canopy Retaining Post.

Ah stripped not slipped. Well it is a plastic part, too much torque can cause that.

I'd suggest two choices. #1, replace the phasing bracket. #2, fill the hole with JB Weld, drill and tap a new hole/threads. Replacing the bracket would be the simplest and best way to fix it of course.

Here's what I did.
Drilled a hole on both sides of the phasing control bracket and inserted a M3 nut on both sides.
This was my canopy mounts are screwed into the nuts now, instead of a plastic thread. Seems great to me.
