is the os crank case roll pin that lines up the sleeve replaceable or is there some sort of repair if one is damaged?

I honestly don't believe you need that roll pin there.
Just be careful when inserting the sleeve and make sure the gap in the sleeve lines up with the mark on the crank case and that all the ports line up. Once the sleeve is inserted and the head is bolted on tight, the sleeve isn't going ANYWHERE!

ok thanks dood. i got another question how do you tell if ur engine has blown a ring? i have a os91sz i think it might be a c spec cause of the black case with viper head and its a crank case pressurized system i was flying normally (no 3d) near the end of the flight the engine seemed to lean out now it sounds like it has an exhaust leak. it starts ok, idles ok, when i accelerate to get some head speed the engine shuts off around half throttle. i dont know how old it is or when it was rebuilt what do you think?R I P Roman Jr. Team SKOOKUM SRW EFC
