Right now I have a Hyperion E0S06i5iDuo 3, I am using a eFuel 30A Switching Power Supply

Is there a better Power Supply that I can get I don't think this has enough power to charge the Lipos .I am still learning how all the electrical portion works in regadrs to charging Lipos.
Thanks for yr help.

Yes your power supply needs to be larger to properly use the ability of your charger. Purchasing another same power supply and going to a 24V system will allow you to use your charger to it's maximum.Friends don't encourage friends to fly helis! It can cause part shortages.

You want 12V or 24V?
The ones I like are the Iota and the Meanwell.
Team Synergy, Rail blades, Team Scorpion, V-Team

I want what ever is better this way I am set and won't have to get another one, I rather purchase a good one, I think 24V would be better and the Lipos will caharge faster.
I think most are using 24V look above to see what I am using not very strong and when I tried to charge the lipos I think think my power supply was struggling a bit.
Thanks

I'm using the Meanwell 24V 1000, I like it because it's compact and light, but expensive. The cheapest way to go is using two computer power supplies in parallel.Team Synergy, Rail blades, Team Scorpion, V-Team

And I think they are better power supplies.
More stable, APFC and some are under rated.
Very high quality products.

Even at 24V you won't get too much more out of your Duo, but some.

One of these would work great:

http://www.progressiverc.com/mean-w...wer-supply.html

http://www.progressiverc.com/iota-d...wer-supply.html

The middle one is the best as it's PFC(power factor corrected).
As was stated before, it might be cheapest for you to get another one like you have and wire it in series with yours to get 24V. 24V's is the key to getting the max from the Duo. But be careful if you do this, some PS's are not designed to be wired in series. You might want to check before you buy.
And I think they are better power supplies.
I doubt they are better than the Meanwell's...

Way better power supplies.

These are made to power computer servers, you know, the kind that holds all of you banking records.

Maybe not laboratory grade but close.

Computer PS supply very stable voltage, very clean DC, are APFC, have high and low voltage safeties, are over current protected, just better.

Most of the MeanWells aren't even PFC

some don't want to buy 2x pc power supplies and mess with isolating one case and ground.

The Meanwell 24-1000 is very small and light for field charging.
Life is meaningful flying helis.

That's true. Some don't want to mess with it.

But they better have a pretty thick wallet.

I just ordered this
24V(24 volt) RC Power Supply MaxAmps 47A

100v-240v AC Input Voltage
24.3v DC Output Voltage
47A Continuous Output Current
1150W Output
1-year guarantee

http://www.maxamps.com/products.php?cat=253

this is on the way but for the money. I think this is the way to go 28V 1150W.

If you don't feel like messing with them yourself a very reasonable alternative is from this fellow. He does excellent work and the cost is very reasonable!

I also like that he floats the DC ground on one unit, so no need to bother with the AC plug/ground.

A single set is a bit limiting if you're fast charging(back to back flying) dual big packs for big helis. Two sets of these PS's and two high power chargers(3010B or equivalent) is faster, one set for each charger. Then you can utilize all a H or Y 2000i can give...
