I've tried the Enya 3, OS 7 and OS 8. The OS 8 works like a champ for me, much better than the others. However, I live in Florida and I haven't flown it in anything colder than about 45°F outside yet. Although I have flown in 104°F too. If you plan to fly in much colder winter type weather go with either the Enya 3 or OS 7, they are both just a bit hotter plugs.

Just tuned up a 56 with newest Hatori and the OS 8 was crap, in Texas about 430ft elevtion. The Hotter enya 3 was night and day better.

Enya 3 here
I run the Enya three, but I'm a little on the rich side. I've had the motor go backwards once. Not sure what caused that.

Sea level, semi-desert, tip of Baja: A8; same combo you have.
Have used A7 and enya #3 and both work well when fun-flys in the mountains.
