That is very nice of Krysta to respond.....I sent Bill Baxter the Manager of Futaba Service several PMs a while back and NO RESPONSE. The worse thing you can do is ignore customers. I still love my Futaba radio and I can't hold it against them for hiring that type of personality.

If all the venders in this country provided customer service like Horizon Hobby, lemon law lawyers would be out business...I can tell you they have a warranty and repair policy second to none..Sit back and relax, they will come thru for you...........

Yep it can take time but they have the best service....I sent in a 9303 fm radion that was 5 years out of warranty....the board inside was shot.....they replaced it at no chargeMy Sponsor:VISA

I sent a 20yr old JR second hand TX to HH,they reprogramed it and replaced the back-up batt. for the cost of the batt.,no labor, no postage. How do you do better than that

Awesome service here
I agree with most
I have sent things to HH and had awesome service and experience too.
Although I wish I could say the same for Towers repair service.(Hobby services)
As bad as it gets
Horizon raised the bar from what I have had in dealings with them thus far
I hope they stay that good
