Servo Horn Radii for D3 FBL Head
What is the servo horn radii for the D3 FBL head to maintain the optimal FBL head geometry?

It's going to be in the 10-12 mm range, but the exact diameter will depend on the FBL system used.

I am now using 10mm radii (small round JR horn), but I can only achieve red light in adjusting the optimal FBL geometry at 6 degree in BeastX. In order to see the blue light, it will have to be 7 degree.

There are 3 holes on the FBL grip, and the hole I am using is on the outermost. Will that work if I use middle or the innermost one?

Then there is something wrong with my setup. If I use 12.5mm, then definitely, I will not be able to see even the red light.

Rudy,

Going in on the pitch arm is probably going to increase throw more than you want. I would go out a little on the servo wheel, custom drilling if needed.
