Hi MJ

Thank you for your inputs! I will think about it!
I also want a "quick release" mount for the batteries, but it isn't so easy couse the batteries are not in a line like Holger Hessling (Oigal)'s Eagle SPI if you remember? .. But I think i will get a solution!

Best Regards

Hi everyone!!

Raw weight without blades, but with canopy and:
Flybar Head
Plastic tail
G10 fin
Aluminium tail boom
Aluminium tail support

Is 2130g, (without canopy 1950g)

If I add my batteries (12s 3800 - 1200g), 3x swashplate servos, gyro (heavy GY611), tailservo, receiver battery (2s 1800), receiver, scorpion 5020, jive 120, I will get a flightweight around 4400 gramm (without any other tuning)!!!
I think that's not so bad, it's less than the nitro version and more powerfull together!

Best Regards
Dennis

$$ is definitely a question, but if it's reasonable, then I'm keen to buy a conversion for d3 number 2

This e conversion is basically everything I would have done to the d3 to convert it to e, Dennis listened to everyone's feedback during the prototyping, looks brilliant!! With the stronger Helical main gear, I'm really keen to see this thing in the air asap

Hi everyone,

Thank you all for your great feedback!

I don't know a fix price at the moment. Let's see how much the carbon milling will cost me..

I can say the price should be between 400 and and 500USD. (with maingear)

For the conversion I need some Hirobo parts which costs around 70€ If I'm at home I can you give the part numbers, so if anyone has this parts left the price would be a bit cheaper

Hope the price is ok?

Best Regards
Dennis

Hello, the part no. I need to buy for one conversian are:

3x(pieces not packs) 0414-280

4x 2511-033

1x 0414-193

If anyone has these at home the price of the conversion would be cheaper, otherwise you would get the parts to the price i have to pay with the conversion!

I have a little gimmick for you, I would can anodize the motor mount in different collors, so you can choose you favorite one. A color pattern will follow!
I can also laser engraving the motor mount with small letters or a small grafic at the sides, if anyone want to have this. The space is very small, but it is possible, for example two letters of your name or a smiley,...

Best regards
Dennis
