yeah, I get that. I look forward to seeing the results. As long as they stick, it makes perfect sense.

Thanks much! Now-now, (Fla Heli Boy) a little patients. Hugh Hefner taught us all to view the snapshots first before going straight to the centerfold. A little romance with your heli porn is a good thing!

Plus.....I have quite a bit of work left to do......like exhaust, door handles, radar and such.

Heli Porn! We want our bloody centerfold!

The rivets worked out quite well with the decals. Paint job is sweet.

You can see where I went over a few rivets trying to align the sticker and added the rest after applying the graphics. May not be for everyone (that's fine) but I like the results.

Thanks much I really appreciate all the help and advise to this point in the build! This is one of those times where the photo does not do justice to the look of the rivets. In real life they look even better. Man-O-Man...... I hope they stick too.... We'll see.

Well guys, I got to see the 105 today at the flying field. The pictures do not do it justice. In a word this Heli is a beaut... This is Barry's first scale bird and he has produce eye catcher to be sure! I can't wait to see this Heli in the hover and his next project. Looks like we have a master builder in the works..

Is it just me, I thought all Helicopters flew in 3D......Hmmmm?

For those who don't know,,,,,,,I purchased the 105 from Richard. Having meet a few times before, I new he sometimes sold one of his many projects to one of us at the field who showed enough interest.

My take,,,was he wanted to assist anyone who wanted to learn the in's and outs of scale building and flight. In every case Richard would sell a future project for a better than fair price, give needed advice and agree to help in anyway. However, over a four year period the guys who bought the fuses never finished even one heli,,,,,,not one. They would be sold for a profit or collecting dust in someones shop. Never phased Richard though,,,,always willing to help. I'm just happy one of the projects he gave away will be completed.

I was very happy Richard took the time to drop by and even more happy he was okay with the work so far. His builds are truly unique, well thought out and impressive. I'll take any pats on the back he's willing to offer.
Don't swell his head any more, he already knows he is.
Naa,,,,,,, I have a long, long, long way to go. Thanks Wayne! A109,,,,next,,,,,,,Huuuuummmmm!

Thanks Mike!

Been a little slow on progress but things are starting to moving again. I spent the last few weeks setting the Raptor back up as a pod and boom with four blades. Did not want to risk the fuse,, not knowing how things would go. Finally got the phasing right and should be flying and adjusting for the next few weeks. Lights are done,,,,woot!

I started on the cockpit all black for now and not glued in,,,,,much more to do but its a start.
