I just bought this little guy and it flew great out of the box. Well, I got it out and was going to show a fellow flyer how well it flew, set it on the floor to spool up and it spun up and just flopped over as if the controls were backward. I inspected the helicopter, turned the trans back on, plugged the battery in and set it down and waited for the solid light. Got it, spooled up same thing. I held it in my hand and spooled it up and noticed the throttle works fine, but the right stick is not working the swash as it normally does, it was acting as if it had a mind of its own, even though the left stick seemed to be working ok.

Any ideas?

Richard

What controller are you using? It may be binding in computer mode if you have a non computer radio. I'll dig up the info for you on rebinding in non computer mode.

Friends don't encourage friends to fly helis! It can cause part shortages.

My sons has to be rebound every so often too. Just follow the intructions in the thread. Let me know if it corrects the issue you are having?

Had the same problem. It's in computer radio mode. Just re-bind it.

Man, when I finally figured out the bind sequence, it worked like a charm..... Flies great again.
I appreciate all of the advise guys.

BTW, does it have to be rebound frequently if you bind it to a 9503?

You never have to rebind when you are using a computer radio. It is just the noncomputer radios this issue occurs with.
