I am looking to change some aluminum frame plates in for Carbon or G10 and wondering who can give good advice on where to get the cnc work done?

Has any one had any experience doing this? I am changing a gasser to an electric and any help would be great.

Thanks.

I asked the same thing awhile back because I wanted to get a custom frame made, and got several replies. But you might want to ask your question in the "Main Discussion" so that more people will see it.

CNC Work...
There are a few Machinists on here ... Myself included.
I don't work with CF though I know of a few peeps on here that do and maybe able to help....
I'm sure a few would be happy to help you in what you need. It all depends on their work load.

You may want to contact "kregan" on the HF site. He built a cnc mill and has designed and made his own frames from G10 and aluminum.

Go to this web site and i'm sure someone will be glad to give your frames a shot.

Good Luck.

There was another guy on here that made his own frames and i asked him for pics and for some reason he put me on his Ignore list. I told him how great they looked and i just wanted to see his machine and how he made them, but i guess i was asking for to much.

I would contact helibug. If you are just trying to get copies made and no fabricating,it might not be that bad. He does high quality work (if he can do what you are asking). Email him. He usually replies pretty quickly. (has for me anyway)
