I was getting very bad cyclic oscillations and jerky uncommanded movements with my Mini V-Bar equiped T-Rex 500. After changing everything (and even trying another V-Bar unit...), I finally found the problem ( actually, a fellow club member suggested what eventually became the fix...)

I changed the default cyclic deadband from 2 to 5 and the problem went away. I guess the pots in my X9303 are getting tired!

You can see the whole story here:

https://rc.runryder.com/t664106p1/

But I thought it would be a good idea to post this situation in the Flybarless section so that other FBL users can have one more thing to try if they experience the same problem.

Seems to be the Tx!

Problem immediatelly went away when increasing the deadband...

I must say that earlier this past Summer, I had to clean the gimbals in the transmitter because they were getting quite a bit sticky. Maybe the pots are a little dirty and do not center very well?

Dirt not so much, worn or just out of range most likely. I had a DX7 and a DX8 that both floated real bad, so it was the tx yea.

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

Had the same issue with my DSX9, good one flight, sh!te the next, lucky it was only my 500, not my 800 cause it shook so bad it tipped over trying to get the heli back on the ground. Replaced cyclic pot and all is well.
