I no some of you guys have been building new ElyQ 90's. Are there any questions that need to be asked at this point in your build? I personally would hate for you to miss out on some small key things that could cause a crash.

For instance: If you are a hard stick banger doing hard 3d I would use a small amount of JBweld on part number EQ2005 M3 before screwing it into the main grip arm.

Fuel tank grommets: I have seen where the grommet will leak.If for some reason this happens replace it with a quick Uk header tank grommet or any other header tank grommet you may have. This want cause you to crash but maybe burn up a engine.

Vibration: If for some reason you are having bad vibe issues this can cause your boom support clamp to break. Buy using a plastic support brace that goes in between the boom supports will give you a piece of mind for very little money...

fBL: keep a good eye on your FBL links. And make sure the two bolts going into the center hub stay tight.

Torque tube: make sure the tube is inserted with the vision logo
closest to the rear frame of the heli. If not done correct the tube
ends will unscrew themselves loosing the tail control.

FBL links: do not over tighten the links onto the rods. If you over stretch the plastic links they will brake in flight. once screwed onto the rod, if you see any white were the linkage stops inside
the plastic it has been stretched please replace.

main gear: if the main gear is tight when trying to spin the gear
don't worry it will loosen up after a couple of flights.

Oneway autorotation set: please use some type of grease this will stop it from going out on you!

Vertical fin: there should be 3 screws going thru the fin. 2 long screws going into the metal boom tail casing. And a shorter screw going thru the fin into a sleeve that pins the tail caseing and stops it from turning. If the casing is not pinned it will make your butt tighten up while flying I promise you!!!

Bearing in main blade grips: before assembling make sure the bearings are greased up.

This should about do it guy's

Thx C.B. have fun flying...!
