I had four models of rc helicopters programmed in the dx7 transmitter. It was working fine but lately I noticed that two models have voltage reading lower than the two models. Should the voltage readings be constant to all input models when switching to desired model? I am a beginner to this transmitter that was bought used. Can someone help me with this issue? Thank you and I appreciate greatly for any response. Please let me know if this topic belongs to this forum. Thanks again.

If you are talking TX battery voltage, that should be the same on all models.

Transmitter was bought used, and is probably a few years old. It would be prudent to replace the battery before it leaves you high and dry. You don't want to have the battery go flat on you with power turned on, this has a tendency to obliterate the internal programming, requiring a trip back to Horizon to be reloaded.

Yes, the battery voltage should be fairly constant between models. You don't say WHAT the voltages are, that might be important to post.

You're not using DSM (AR6000) receivers on the 2 models showing lower voltage are you?

Thank you for all your responses. I replaced the old with a new Spektrum tx battery and still the 2 models do not communicate with the Tx. There must be a glitch in the tx itself. Still anxious to know what causes the problem. For the 4 heli models I am using the Spektrum receiver AR6115/6115e each. In addition, the previous voltage reading was 9.3 volts for the said models and the other 2 voltages read 10.5 each during the sudden issue.

It would be helpful if you could make a video of the issue.

This is a new bit of information not seen in the original post.

What receivers are these? Were they ever bound to this TX and worked, or did something happen that made them quit working?

It was working properly before . I explained the type of receiver per my post earlier. Maybe I need to re-bind the 2 models again just like rebooting a computer. I appreciate if there are more ideas to approach the issue. Thanks.

I would try to rebind them first. If that doesn't work try setting them up on a new model. See if that cures it. My DX7 is getting really worn and has developed a few "quirks".
