the rotor heads can be painted to match the fulsize. though it requires a bit of work dissassembling to get it painted, not a bad way to go.

drive a rotary, fly a rotorcraft

Hello

we have developed our own rotor heads for 600 and 700 size

We developed this with an Airbus engineer, and we did all FEM and Stress tests.
For 3 and 5 blade you need no virtual swashplate rotation

http://www.scaleflying.de/product_i...n-germany-.html

very easy to install and to adjust

I went and purchased the 5 blade Rotor head by OF. Boy its very nice. IM getting the swash plate, and follower, being shipped tomorrow going to test out these Airstar 5 Blades system I bought but something tells me I made a big mistake buying, them. So if they don’t fly right I will go by the 5 blade system from OF I have been told by many people those to systems work together like magic very stable I believe it very much

Here a pictute from our 5 blade head.
We just mount it on a Chaos 700 to adjust everything before
we install the mechanic into the fuselage.

5 Blade head FBR700
Scale blade 690mm
(the yellow end is in the blade, it is no tape, also with red end available)

- no follower needed
- no virtual swashplate moving needed
- we can make the head in various colors

you will smile the whole day if you do your first adjustment on the head
Very simple and easy with the 0° mark

This is a high quality head, we uses only high end bearing and aircraft aluminum.

Try it and you will never fly another one

See you

here you can the prices in Euro
http://www.scaleflying.de/product_i...ead-fbr600.html

The Chaos 700 you can buy at best is the US at RC Aerodyne.

In an few weeks they will have also this rotor head or you can buy it from us.

Thanks for your fast response, I've got the chaos 700 already and flying on fbl 2 blade. Have been looking for a decent 5 blade 12mm
rotor. It's good to know RCA will be carrying them, I can wait til then. I notice there set up for clockwise rotation, can they be reversed for more scale application? I've reveresed the tail side and head direction on my chaos. Thank you
Adam

If Joe only had his act together i would have purchased the rotor head from him. All because of a little part i was told by a person that was in contact with Josef directly which tried very hard for me, Airstar was blowing smoke his direction to buy time caused Airstar International to lose out on a sale! But do they really care i guess not?
Im happy now i have something that's been proven to be just as good or better than any Airstar rotor head that’s for sure!
I can't trust the man i hope he reads this thread maybe it would do him some good Jim
