Hey guys, me again the million question asking newbie :P

Im sure most of you read or were involved in my last post on recivers the dxi6 vs the 7 and all the questions I had about them both..

Ive got a new question for ya, as my birthday looms right around the corner the decisions are getting more difficult since I will only ask for ONE thing..(which sucks, but hey thats life!) Anyway, Ive ordered a GW 9958 (any comments or reviews on that heli?) and it should be here monday or tuesday finally, http://www.myrcmart.com has a terrible shipping procedure, I ordered on the 18th, and it wasnt shipped out of Hong Kong until the 28th lol, so very frustrating, also they use usps instead of ups im guessing to save money? Still takes much longer, either way its almost here..

Now even before i knew the difference between 3 and 4 ch when i bought my first knockoff micro 3 ch I've wanted the blade msr which i hear nothing but great things about.. But after a little research and seeing a few pictures I realize that it comes with the exact same style controller that my MCX has, also same type as my Esky NANO has, same design.. So I was going to ask for the MsR until I saw this, but now im in a bit of a decision making mode and just have 2 questions for you guys (sorry i know i ask too many, but how else to learn, still waiting on a response from my local AMA club)..

So the question is, which is the better investment.. Getting the dx6i or getting the blade msr RTF.. The reason im going with the dx6i is because funds are limited to $250 and under, and i didnt realize the flight sims cost as much as they did, so theres no way i could get a dx7 and a flight sim, or a dx6i and a flight sim just because of the lack of money i have to play with..

I have a feeling I've already answered my question I just wanted your opionions on it.. I think im going to just get the dx6i, then buy the blade msr next month since i have the GW 9958 comming in a few days..

I read a review on the blade msr and one guy stated that the controller it comes with just isnt precise enough to achieve a personal comfort level of trim among the many other things you can do with it, so he suggested using the dx6i for much better results.

My other question is, how does the GW 9958 compare to the Blade MsR? They are both FP micros, made by good companies, id argue blade is a better company with most likely a better heli, but wouldnt it be smarter to scoop up that controller while i have the chance then buy the MsR at a later date and also a sim at a later date while i have the funds, because both the sim and the MsR are much cheaper than the dx6i and from my last post and all my research the dx6i will take me pretty far, not as far as the 7, but far enough..

Just looking for a few quick opionions, i really would rather start buying BnF heli's from now on isntead of having a million 4 channel controllers lol

Thanks in advance guys, sorry i ask too many questions haha I'd just like the best bang for my buck

Buy the sim first and the dx6i next month. The sim is the greatest learning tool in the world and no radio or tips can compare to stick time on the sim. It will save untold numbers of crashes in the learning curve.

If I had a controller to plug into the computer I guess I'd go sim first, but from the last topic, i learned that the sim combined with atleast the dx6i will get you were you need to be.. what do you think?

Yes I agree. I bought a used Realflight 3.5 that comes with a controller and it has been the greatest tool for me.

I like keeping the interlink control at the computer so I can just fly instead of getting out my transmitter and hooking it up. Plus when I feel like it I can connect my transmitter to it for the feel of my transmitter. It's just very convienent for me.

You can also buy a pheonix 3.0 that comes with a real dx5e for about the same price. Give me a minute and I'll get you the link.

First of all $250 buys a lot of controller if I read you correctly O.P. I believe right now you can buy a brilliant radio (Jr 9303) used in rr classifieds for $250.00. Second go with the Phoenix RC flight simulator the majority of us feel it is better for helicopers. It is cheaper you can get it with a remote and speaking of cheaper you only buy this once all upgrades including aircraft and locations as well as versions all free not to mention it uses many less resources from your computer. I hope this helps. Oh and did I forget to mention multiplayer and voice communication.
