Hey guys I'm pretty disappointed today. Well I bought a trex 250 from jkurz on tuesday and I got it today. Well I payed 200 for it minus receiver with a bunch of spares. So i thought this was a pretty good deal. Anyway today when i opened the box I first noticed there was no gyro anywhere, secondly i look at the rotor shaft and it is bent extremely bad, there was also 3 or four parts that were Copter X parts on the heli that you really could not tell from looking at the pics nor was it in the description that some parts were from a copter x 250. Some other things that were wrong were that he only included one boom brace, the boom mount threads were stripped so i couldn't even tighten in the boom. 3 or 4 of the teeth from the main shaft weren't even there, they were stripped so bad. I sent him a pm and all he said was that if you look at the pics you can see all of that and that I got a lot for 200 dollars and that I should be happy, someone please tell me if you can see a bent tail shaft and no gyro in his pics. And also he said that he put no gyro in his description which isn't the case at. It says just ad transmitter, so all i thought i was gonna do is program it to my transmitter and fly but this heli is physically incapable of flying like it is. I saw all of this within 10 minutes of looking at the heli and didn't even bother to look at the rest so no telling what else i would have to fix. I really am just hoping to get a refund. So i was just giving you guys a heads up.

Exactly, if you wanted him to make it right and give you a refund then you should have given him a chance to do so before making this thread. This is total BS, you've sent the guy one PM and you make this thread? Give him a chance to make it right before you do this to him.

If you want a refund, tell him so. If he doesn't, then proceed. Paypal won't do a thing fOr you, he could have shipped you a box if rocks, as long as there is proof that you received something from him then Paypal is done.

I understand that Eury but Ive sent him several messages and he's responded to one. He's reading them but he isn't responding which makes me think that he's gonna try and blow it off.

It sounded like you only sent one to him from your post.

You really don't have any options if he doesnt want to take care of it. Paypal doesn't care. They will only refund you if you didn't receive anything, if there is tracking proving it was delivered then their protection is over. Their "significantly not as described" protection only applies to eBay purchases.

The only recourse you have is to appeal to him to make it right. If he won't, then unfortunately the only option you have is to fix it yourself and move on.

Well there he didn't have a trracking number so can pp do anything with that? And Ive sent him several messages I could post on here.

If there was no delivery confirmation or anything, then I suppose you could lie and say you didn't get anything, but he could just respond to your claim with a link to this thread and you'd be turned down. Of course, if you'd do something like that then you would have some serious issues with morality.

Give the guy a chance before blasting but to me seems you got in a hurry to buy and didn't see some of the signs to make you ask more questions ,not that seller is rite . As far as a deal if you add what you need to make flyable your still cheaper than new ,I'm just sayin !!! chalk it up to a learning experience ,time wasted is money spent

I stole it ,flew it and gave it back ;)
