Loisiana legislature just passed a law that would make it illegal for anyone how deals in second hand merchandise, to buy or sell, second hand items with cash.

In one short word, it's NOT. (IMO), It's a socialist scheme to control and tax cash sales. The sad thing is, that all secondhand merchandise has already been taxed once. Our nation is run by theives!
