I'm building a new Aurora. Just wondering how everyone sets up the pressure line on the fuel tank. Do you use the brass line ran in the tank or drill the hole in the top of the tank and use the threaded fitting. I would like to use the threaded fitting. Would the threads wear out from the vibration?

Most people go for the threaded fitting on the top of the tank. The fit is very good and seems to have no issues in the durability department. Rather drill out less to start with to ensure the threads sit tight.

In my first tank I used the threaded fitting. However after quite a many flights tank started to develop small crack where the fitting goes. I managed to seal it but after some time tank started to leak again. After this I bought new tank and used brass tubing. It was little bit tricky to install but at least it won't leak.
