Hey guys,
I Have a blade mcpx and when i give it enough throttle to lift off the tail starts spinning very fast to the right. I have tried different batterys. I recently changes the tail motor and boom but it flew fine for about 3 flight before this started. I can post a video if need be.

The connectors for the tail motor (and main motor) are crap!! I would look there first. I ended up soldering them both directly to the main board.

Check swashplate against guide. It may have come off during crashed.
Also check integrity of your tail boom. MCPX vibrates a lot (known problem). Tail boom comes loose if not splits easyly as $15.00 easy. Watch out when you fly your MCPX. COST of Spare parts are rediculously high compared to bigger ones like Align Trex. Watch your wallet with MCPX. It's a good little Heli but costly parts

possible bad mosfet on main board
I recently pinched my tail motor wires together and shorted them while putting the tail motor back on the shaft. The short causes the mosfet to fry on the control board. The prop will spin slowly from the connection of the battery and is no longer controlled by the speed control. If you are good at soldering you can purchase the mosfet for 50 cents at NEWARK.
Part No:06J7577
Manufacturer Part No:SI2315BDS-T1-E3 UOM
Price:$0.4939
Description: P CHANNEL MOSFET, -12V, 3A, TO-236; Transistor Polarity:P Channel; Continuous Drain Current Id:-3A; Drain Source Voltage Vds:-12V; On Resistance Rds(on):50mohm; Rds(on) Test Voltage Vgs:-4.5V; Threshold Voltage Vgs Typ:-900mV

I got the part number from the Blade mCPx Wiki. They said it was tested.
I can let you know next week when I rebuild mine.
Otherwise its a $70 fix for a new main board.
good luck

I replaced the mosfet under the tail motor connector on the main board and I now have a functioning spare main board. It solved the problem of the speed of the tail motor not changing with throttle or rudder input. You will need a fine tipped soldering iron to replace it though.
good luck
