So I recently got control of the family room because my RC equipment It was a pain to bring up and down stairs and getting to big for my den.I traded my wife the very underutilized rec-room in our basement for my den because it opens into the garage and well its cool.

I have a bar and pool table in there but need to outfit it for working on my heli's (against mirrors). I am looking for ideas.

Do you have a pilots den for you RC equipment?
Do you have pictures ?
How do you store things?

Lol I just cleaned it off to take the picture. I had been using it as a huge work bench all along. I had helis, parts and planks all over the room. It was a mess. I found a post with a rack for the planks and I decided to clean up a bit. Still trying to figure out how to store stuff and looking for more ideas.

I plan to make a hard cover for the pool table so I can work without worry that I'm gonna runin the pool table.

It's easier to work on the heli on the bar. I think it's because it's up higher.

(I work from home much of the week and I also have to keep in mind that this area also has to be an office.)

I used 3/4 inch PVC tubing and made a rack. I drilled holes in the vertical pieces then screwed them into wall studs (I had to make a larger hole in the front for the screw head to get through)

Like the Dillon 550B. Looks just like mine! Every well stocked man cave should have at least one! LOL

Talk about a mess, but it's all mine.

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?
